I've got tons of plums this year, and I'm thrilled. But now that I've given some away, and eaten more than my fill, it's time to figure out what else to do with these tasty little orbs before they expire.
I forsee a plum tart or two in the near future, as well as some jam. In an attempt to figure out what else to do, I went online in search of interesting recipes. I found one for fruit leather. It seems like a good idea, since my kids love the stuff. I'm going to give it a shot, and I'll report back on the results.
By the way, if anyone has any suggestions on what else I can do with these plums, please feel free to share!
